Objectives
Leading National and International experts will present their perspectives on research and plans for the strategic development of Ireland’s critical energy infrastructure. An Comhdháil/Forum will provide an opportunity for direct and online interaction by delegates to develop coherent strategic plans to lead Ireland to become a zero carbon society. The focus of the event will be twofold, first to establish if the renewable energy resource base is sufficient and secondly to conclude what the main research and development priorities should be. The approach will be to use key statistics such as carbon footprint and energy demand per person to guide policy. This is your opportunity to debate and provide input to the final report.
