Passwords

To access our electronic resources you will be asked to login in one of the following ways:

  • Enter your ID Number and Library PIN:  Most of our databases, electronic journals and ebooks require these details for access from home or from outside DIT. Details of how to create your PIN are available on our library A-Z page under PIN
  • Institutional Login/Shibboleth Login/Edugate: DIT Username and Password (same as DIT email and MyDIT). Details on Shibboleth
  • Username and Password: A few of our databases, electronic journals and ebooks require a username and password that the publisher created. Click on the lock icon below for a list of these usernames/passwords. You will need your ID number and Library Pin to access this page.
