Our graduate exhibition takes place every June in the National Photographic Archive and the Gallery of Photography, Meeting House Square, Temple Bar. With the institutional support of these two premiere venues for Irish Photography, students plan for and design the installations of their work in professional contexts with site-specific considerations.
This arrangement provides students ample space, allowing each the opportunity to showcase multiple pieces or large installations in addition to photobooks from their individual Major Project work—the manifestation of one year of research, experimentation, critical thinking and finely honed skills.
The public exhibition of our graduates’ work creates a varied and popular audience for emerging photography in Ireland.
