Join the DIT Big Band for a night of live musical entertainment featuring an eclectic mix of all-time favourites by Frank Sinatra, Diana Ross, Sting, plus jazz legends Duke Ellington, Thad Jones, Benny Golson, Arturo Sandoval and many more. Formed in 1986 and now under the direction of renowned guitarist Mike Nielsen, the Big Band features senior music students from DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama as well as some of Ireland’s finest jazz musicians. So come along and grab the chance to see the brilliant DIT Big Band in their final Dublin performance before they appear at this year’s Cork Jazz Festival.
