The Transport Research Group
The Transport Research Group (TRG), established in May 2002, is chaired by Declan Allen and consists of both post-graduate students and staff members. Its role is to identify and conduct transport research projects, seek and secure funding for research projects, publish articles, and present papers at both national and international research symposia and conferences. Areas currently being researched by individuals in the group include;
- Pricing Procedures in the Road Haulage Industry,
- Dealer-Distributor Relationships in the Automotive Supply Chain,
- Automotive Collision and Crash Analysis,
- Alternative Distribution Channels in the Automotive Supply Chain,
- Vehicle Dynamics: Suspension and Steering Systems
