Entry to the programme is open to graduates who have achieved at least a 2.2 honours degree. All applicants to the programme can apply for module exemptions of up to 15 ECTS through “Evidence of Professional Practice/ Recognised Prior Learning”. These exemptions can be achieved through evidence of professional practice by providing a personal statement and attendance at an interview. Module exemptions are available for all successful graduates of the DIT Post Graduate Certificate in Third Level Learning and Teaching. The MSc Applied eLearning is open to a wide range of professionals in the field of eLearning in an academic (further and higher) education or a public or private sector training context. Assessment is continuous across modules and culminates in an applied project, journal paper and ePortfolio.
