Mental Health Concerns
At any point in our lives we can experience periods of feeling low or depressed. We can experience periods of stress and anxiety or great personal loss and disappointment. We can reach out for ways to cope that dont always halp, such as drinking too much, taking drugs, over-controlling our eating or isolating ourselves from friends and family.
If you find that you are not coping with the demands of college and feel that you are stressed and worried about life, dont feel that you have to cope with this alone.
