MSc. in Strategic Management student raises funds for Temple Street

Well done to David W. Curran, a student on the part-time MSc. in Strategic Management programme, who has recently taken part in the 2016 Madagascar trekking Fundraising Challenge in aid of Temple Street Children’s University Hospital. David trekked with a group of 12 from Antananarivo which is the capital of Madagascar and located in the highlands region, over a ten day period covering 20 Km each day. The group managed to raise €28,200 for the Temple Street Foundation.

The funds raised through this challenge will go towards the purchase of vital lifesaving equipment for wards throughout the hospital including the Intensive Care Unit and the renal ward. Equipment such as patient monitors, ventilators, incubators and dialysis machines help save and improve the lives of the children at Temple Street.
